Yes, and it’s an easy process. After completing your transaction, you will receive the tickets immediately. On the day of your visit, you can skip the queues at the parks’ ticketing counters.

Yes. You can save up to 10% off your tickets when purchased online  compared to the prices at the parks ’ticketing counters. While the online price is fixed at AED 345, ticketing counters prices vary based on the season: AED 380 on peak days, AED 370 during medium season days, and AED 360 in low season.

There are safety and usability restrictions on some of the rides, which are based on height, in line with standard practice in theme parks internationally. While guests under 1.3m, will be able to enjoy rides at Ferrari World, there are a few rides that will be restricted to them, hence the above and below 1.3m ticket pricing. Children below the age of 3 are admitted free of charge when accompanied by their parents. Parents may be asked to provide ID to verify the age of guests younger than 3. Under 3’s do not currently need to purchase a ticket, please notify a member of our Guest Services team on arrival and they will admit any children under 3. Please make sure to bring their ID along in case we need to verify their age.

Entry tickets to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi are valid for one entry to the park on the selected date of visit.

Yes. You can upgrade your ticket at the Information Point at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi any time during your visit.

Once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you purchase a dated ticket or experience, the following terms and conditions will apply (unless the product terms and conditions specific different a different change policy): you may change the date of your ticket provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be processed.

1. You will receive your print-at-home ticket(s) via email or you can download them from the purchase confirmation page.
2. You can also access your tickets at any time using your YAS ID profile.
3. For convenience you can download and save your etickets in your online wallet (IOS only) ready to scan at the turnstiles on arrival.
4. You have an option to SAVE to WALLET on your confirmation email and on your confirmation page. This will store in your ticket on the smartphone wallet for easy access.

Our park has a no re-entry policy. There may be exceptional circumstances in which you'll be allowed to leave the park and re-enter on the same day, but this will be at the descretion of the park management. Group exit and re-entry will not be permitted.

Once you've purchased your Annual Pass online you'll need to come to the park to get your Pass. On the date that you wish to collect your pass, and on arrival, approach the Annual Pass counter with all applicants, taking with you a form of official photo identification. You need to fill out the Annual Pass holder application form then we'll take your photo and issue your pass.
